My complaint:

Skrill has refused to give me back my due to lack of verification (which they repeatedly declined even after uploading required documents). My 100 USD is stuck there and they refuse to answer any emails

Suggested solution:

Return my money back to my account so that I can withdraw into my credit card and I will never use skrill again
