Skrill complaint: Integrity issue – they closed my account and took my money

My complaint:

I have moved to UK for work on the 4th of October 2022.

I would like to make a complaint against a financial services provider called Skrill (www.Skrill.com).

Case summary:
I was approaching their customers services team professionally by email requesting them to change my address to my new address in the UK. I have provided them several proof of address documents (three bank statements from three different UK banks) as requested.
Later they sent me email telling me that my account has been closed permanently (without provide a specific reason) and they took all the balance in my account there as admiration fee (I don’t understand what is admin fees for??!!).

The balance I have in my account there is very small and that is not a big issue for me. What does not seem right to me are:

1. Their attitudes by keeping requesting me a proof of address. Every time I provide them with a bank statement that shows my address, they come back to me requesting another proof. This happened three times and in each time I provided them with bank statement (the three bank statements provided are from Lloyds bank, Starling bank and Halifax bank).

2. One of accepting proof of address in their list is a bank statement. And when I provided with that, they did not accepted.

3. They suddenly closed my account without notice.

4. They took the money in my account.
In my last email to them, I told them that if they want to close my account that is ok with me but they have to send all balance in my account to me. They have no right to take that money even though the amount is very small.

As I didn’t get support from them in this regard, I have decided to approach you to get the support.

Suggested solution:

1. I need them to send the funds in my account to me.

2. Get my account with them back
