Skrill complaint: cant log in for 3 months, get error message that user name and pass word are incorrect

My complaint:

for the past 3 months i keep getting an error while trying to sign in that my username or password are incorrect.
i have sent skrill over 20 emails but the only response i receive from them is the generic response we have received your email but we are currently experiencing a higher volume of inquiries……
i even called them over 20 times the first 2 times they tried to give mea one time code witch failed to works well, then every call they claimed someone will call me back but no one ever did.

Suggested solution:

i would like skrill to withdraw all my money (approx. 1125 EUR) to the
S-Bank account that is already associated with may account.
if skrill wish they may close my account or try to fix this nonsense i really don't care any more and i just want my money ASAP i have bills rent groceries etc to pay and skrill are withholding my money from me this its a huge problem
