My complaint:
I was sitting in my car. This guy got in his car (on my passenger side) and opened his door too wide. His door made contact with my passenger door. Both my daughter and I heard and felt the impact!!!! I just bought this car on December 3rd!!!! I’m outraged by his reaction and complete denial and disrespect. He was so rude, he was denying it and talking nasty as if i did something wrong!! He drove a white Honda civic. This incident occurred at roughly 18:20.
Suggested solution:
They should give him an infraction. I will be taking pictures and submitting them to the company in the morning.
