My complaint:

Nov 2722 ordered from Burger King 1.9km from our delivery address and we were missing all fries as well our entire food order was cold. We did not see the driver take our order out of the heat keeping warming bags usually used to keep food warm. I completed the survey, reported to the restaurant and have followed up with both and have not received any response yet.

Suggested solution:

Refund our order.
