My complaint:

I made a order to receive the promo of free delivery for the long weekend. When I contacted skip for help twice. They didn’t seem to see the issue. On both occasions and refuse to correct the issue at all. They stop replying to me.

Suggested solution:

I would like the credit of the order placed back in my bank account. As I would not like to order through a business that likes to rip its customers off.
