My complaint:
Order 605831113
This order has been made thru skip the dishes and its pick up order. The order made on 10th March and pick up time was 3.13 am. I went to pick up the order at 3.15 am but the resturant closed so I phoned the number at the restaurant door and the staff came to the door and said there isn’t any order has been received from skip the dishes and its often happening this errors from ur end. I was driving to the location and didn’t pick up the food and my money has been taken out and I informed to the supporting team since then no one gives response. Also I sent an email to the orders on 10th. Since no response. This is really making me frustrated and not getting proper response since had multiple enquiries on chatting, and the recent one I made few minutes ago said that I should have informed with in 48hours for the refund and left the chat.
