My complaint:

I received a promotional email stating BOGO on item from Popeyes. I ordered it but did not get the BOGO. I reached out customer care and got connected with an agent named Poonam. After explaining her numerous times with a proof, she would not agree with me and simply decided to end chat without any solution. Would recommend to take action against their agents especially female agents who are very unprofessional.

Suggested solution:

Please ask the company not to send promotional emails if the promotion is not there and also train staff on how to give appropriate response.
