My complaint:
i tried 3 times to process an order through the interac option. took my money all three times, did not return it after 10 days. support is very unhelpful and generic.
i do not have any order number because it did not go through on skip but did on my RBC.
Suggested solution:
look into how the payment was accepted on their end and how they are verifying it since there is no corresponding order.
