My complaint:
More than 40 orders in past 2 months. A very small number are genuine but the vast majority appear to be fraudulently charged to our account. I contacted the help service. After asking me a bunch of questions they advised me to report the issue to support@skipthedishes.ca.

I asked the help service to suspend our account but their service us the very antithesis of help…
We are currently overseas in Ireland.
Suggested solution:
Suspend our account, investigate and refund the cost of fraudulent orders.
