My complaint:

I’ve been using skip the dishes
I have lost at least 100$ over the last month
It seems I’m blocked in the chat
I was charged 18$ twice today and I’m absolutely frustrated
Some of my orders have been delivered to wrong addresses and no refunds.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money
