My complaint:

Hello to whom it may concern;
I’m emailing you today because of multiple very bad experiences I’ve had when talking to your customer support team. I get very rude agents who are not willing to help and talk to you in a very unprofessional manner. If I ask a question they just copy and paste “thanks for contacting skip the dishes is there anything else I can help with” when I say yes they just send that response again. I requested a refund for my sub that was messed up (again) and it was for 20$. Upon talking to an agent he said he would give me 50% of the subs value back in credits. I explained that I will not be eating the sub and your website showed I would be getting the full amount of the sub refunded. Any time I please ask to talk to a manager or supervisor they ignore me and copy and paste answers from a pre written script. It’s not right what you guys are doing here. I have spent thousands of dollars at skip the dishes but when I have a problem I am treated like a criminal. You should be ashamed of the way you treat loyal customers and the way your “customer service” team handles issues. Any single time I have to contact them it is a whole production trying to get some assistance. Your agents could care less about your customers and it shows. I would like my full refund as your agents went against what was already established by your own website (refund for the sub) and cancelled the original refund only giving me 50% of the value of the sub which went in the garbage. It is not right to treat your “customers” like this. All of their agents are of some Indian decent which makes me strongly believe they know they are talking to people in North America and feel the need to show their discontent. It doesn’t make sense that their employees wouldn’t follow company policy! When I asked to speak to a manager they ended the chat on me!!

Treat their customers with some respect.
