My complaint:
I did sign up a 5% interest rate from May 1st till August 31 on the phone. But I only got back $2.12 (But I have $9069.56 on the high interest saving account.
I called Simpli. The customer service told me the promo interest is for new deposit only. But the time I signed up on the phone on May 1 the customer service didn’t mention anything about new deposit.
Suggested solution:
It’s a very sneaky bank. It always send promo rate on Facebook or my email but never mentioned about new deposit only.
