Silverline Windows complaint: Filed warranty. No Response

My complaint:

I contacted Silverline by phone. They said use the form online for warranty. Filed twice. Notice says I’d get a response by email. None. My home was built in 2005-06 and builder used Silverline windows(lifetime warranty). Windows are getting foggy, one really bad, and one has cracked. I on total ignore. Builder retired.

Suggested solution:

Replace the defective windows. Respond with window and put in new windows. They don’t have to replace the outer frame. Just the window that opens. They are double hung windows. Bought from Lowe’s, 2005-06. Lowes will do nothing about the problem, they don’t sell Silverline anymore and say contact Silverline for warranty. Silverline doesn’t respond.
