My complaint:
Bearings gone on my washer it is still under their warrenty it is in a small utility room , when engineer arrived he told me that I would need to remove the door off the room , and disconnect the machine and lift out into hall on the day when the parts arrive and be repaired which will be 4th September , it would not be repaired if I did not do this , I could not believe it , I have never had a problem before , or asked to do this , the washing machine as been in this room for 24 years since we lived here , told me if I couldn’t do find someone capable to do it , he was a young I am a sixty year old woman , I am glad he can put these demands in place , imagine a elderly lady or gentleman living alone being told that , I didn’t realise when you had a warrenty or any repair you had to do part of job yourself
Suggested solution:
Find someone to do the job who is cable of lifting machine and disconnnecting
