My complaint:

I sold an item and did everything I needed on my side including sending the item and providing evidence of delivery but shpock have got back to and notified me that the buyer has made an error and they have received a double payment, therefore I need to refund the second payment under their seller protection policy and so that the buyer is protected and that I can’t get credited for the item unless I pay the buyer back for the second payment that was made. The only reason for why I can’t make this payment is because I’m going through personal financial issues.

Suggested solution:

They should resolve this by reversing the payment that the buyer made and refunding it themselves instead of making me responsible for the double payment.
