My complaint:

I paid for a Bissell hoover £80.00 plus £5 postage to Mohammed Ishmael Ahmed. I past on my email address and paid by transfer to his account! He ed he received payment and would package up the product and post to me. Some days passed and I contacted him ^he said that the product was not picked up and they will pick up tomorrow? I again contacted him a couple of days later he said he sent it on Tuesdays 11th May 2021? I requested tracking number he said he will send it that was 13th May 2021 still awaiting information. I have contacted my bank Santander and his bank Starling both are investigating, I have also sent a request for help too Shpock whom I believe have to be robust with fraudulent people once the honest people see they represent honest clients not only will this in still confidence with them it will also attract more people signing up. I am a newby to this site, I have purchased a couple of items with no problems . i do not have £85.00 pounds to flick away I do not steal my money is honest so I plead that Shpock make a first class example of Ismael and prosecute him as well as pass on his details to all on line buying and selling sites. I have all correspondence by e-mail from him.

Suggested solution:

Prosecute and ban him from on line sites. All clients should have to prove status is address, name and date of birth by an official documents. If these unscrupulous people are allowed to get away with scams it will be heading to a end of on line companies like Shpock which I think is a great idea.
