My complaint:
An employee left her work area continues to come to my space to raise her voice at me. After tolerating this for over 2 weeks, I lost my temper while reporting it. I was suspended but nothing happened to the person who came in my space. HR says they had to use me to teach others a lesson. The Union has done nothing as of thus date. Very Unfair
Suggested solution:
They should have suspended both of us. I'm always the person who they make look guilty
