My complaint:
I have been trying to sign into my pharmacy app and trying to change my password but it keeps asking for my previous password. I just got a new phone and I do not have that password. So I cannot get on to the app. I tried to get help and no one seems to know what to do.
Suggested solution:
Explain to me how this can be done without my old password.
