My complaint:
Placed an order of $78.00 on 111…..only received $42.00 worth of groceries….still paid $14.95 for delivery and shopping fee. Thats nearly 40%….Big ripoff. Should be a way to let customers know when so many items are not in stock and give them the opportunity to cancel or adjust the fee for shopping. I think you should have better shoppers. The items that were missing were very basic and were picked up by a neighbor the following day.
