My complaint:
As I am an avid shopper in the Brick location daily I keep hearing the employees in the aisles talk badly about people. I’ve been a shopper there for over twenty years and usually shop around 7am and have never heard such foul language by an employee.
This man by the name of Ken talks about his family life in great detail which is not nicely put and customers like me really don’t want to hear any one’s business. He talks to himself out loud, to other employees and I even seen him by the meat area talking to another employee as well. Another employee by the name of Mike seems to speak this way too. It seems as almost they are talking about family that works in the store and or money that other employees make. I’d rather not hear their personal business when I shop or Walmart is looking better to me.
Suggested solution:
Transfer these specific people I mentioned abs or write them up and explain to them it’s not professional. Perhaps they don’t realize there voices are quite loud. I actually feel bad if their family members do work thier because what they were saying no one should hear. I am a Catholic man and I prefer not to hear such language. If they are to speak like this, take it to the back room.
