My complaint:
A friend and I went in to shoppers drug mart downtown Vernon bc as soon as we went in we had 2 Staff members not take there eyes off us. They made us feel very un comfortable. After about 10 min of this I went and told them jow uncomfortable they were making me feel. The one lady said that was her job . I replied it’s your job to make customers feel uncomfortable. She said if I didn’t like it I could leave. I already had over 100 dollars worth of stuff in my cart. I showed them my wallet and it handover 1000 dollars in it and I said I was planning on spending over 500 they didn’t seem to care so we quickly just grabbed the necessities and left my bill was still over 250 dollars and I will never go back. It was the worst I have ever
Suggested solution:
I think I deserve a personal apology and a gift card for the embarisment
