My complaint:
Good day I purchased two items from SDM on Dec 2822. I realized it was not what I wanted and went to return them on January 32023. I was told I cannot return them as they were on clearance. I had no idea they were on clearance as I picked them up where the other same items were on the shelf. There is NOTHING on the receipt , nor on the shelves or in the store indicating if purchased they are not refundable. The Customer Service person did not mention anything that the items purchased were not REFUNDABLE. So frustrating. As a consumer we should be aware of such things. It is not my responsibility to know what the company policies are. I was told there are to many of them to know and the person I spoke to on the phone said they don’t know them either they have to look a them themselves. So disappointed with Shoppers they just lost a long Time Customer.
Suggested solution:
I'm not satisfied as know one cares. So I now have two items that I will never use and they have an unsatisfied customer. So So disappointed!!!!
