My complaint:
I bring my Canada CustomsFlyclear PCR covid test kit to this location using them 2-3 times previously. Just fill in their info sheet and inout in 5 minutes.I arrive as a walk-in, but SHE’s to busy with pending booked appointments ( shows me) so can’t test me unless I come back a few hours later. Okay no problem I’ll book thru online portal, print out ation, bring my kit and off I go tomorrow.
Get there on time, she won’t take me, obviously has 2-3 appointments ahead and begins her argument that’s not her procedure: U need ORDER ID (Got it) U have to 1st fill in her form, then book appointment online. WHAT! (she’s confused I got ed online appointment right here using a form similar to hers) Where’s the kit she gave me yesterday WHAT KIT! (U didn’t give me a kit because already have one) U didn’t fill in store form (previously did that when I showed up as a walk-in) She then says you have make an online appoint for later today. WHAT? ( I’m a senior with CVD, walking 1 hour round trip is not easy and you want me to come back?) Earliest she’ll take me 1 34 hours later, enough time to go home and comeback. I needed this for Canada Customs so I filled in her form, walked home only to have her call me to remind me to bring a doc I already had it in my kit.
When I went back, she reached for my kit, she told me to walk around the corner and the test guy was ready and was inout in 3 minutes. Just like ti was the previous times before,easypeasy. But SHE wanted it her way and she got it. I hope the company can afford to have such a negative, pugnacious individual who would rather fight you than find a positive way to accommodate a situation.
Suggested solution:
FindChange perception and attitudes of front line employees portraying your values and customer service. Get rid of that current negative condescending attitudeface with or without piercings!
