My complaint:
Back on January 142021 I purchased a NO NO Pro hair removal from Shoppers. After trying it for about 3 weeks, my wife said she wasn’t happy with the results and told me to return it to Shoppers which I did February 7th.,21. upon checking the sales girl at the cosmetic counter informed me that I couldn’t return it to the store,and that I would have to contact the manufacturer.At no time was I ever informed that I wouldn’t be able to return it to the store. I tried calling the company and got a recording that the number has been changed and I would be charged $3.85US for the new number,and for shipping the product. Please note I am 74yrs.old and have been a loyal customer,and am very disappointed with this outcome. The product cost me $259.89 and would appreciate the full refund.Please help!
