My complaint:
On October 21st I purchased a Best Buy gift card from Lakeshore and long branch location for $100 for my sons birthday gift.
Two days later I discover there is no money on the card but someone had purchased a product in July using this card.
SHOPPERS DRUG MART WILL NOT REFUND ME
Today I purchased an xbox card at the same location and again the card has no money on it.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund for both cards.
At least common cutesy to contact me and try to reslove the situation.
An investigation where these gift cards are coming from because they are used before the customer even gets to use them.
