My complaint:

Shoppers Lynn Valley Mall – North Vancouver on August 9th.
I ha a bad experience today, at this location.
I came to exchange paper towel foe toilet paper, that I bought by mistake. I didn’t have my receipt, but I had my option card, that the purchase, was there.
So, the supervisor named Conne, was very unpleased to do that and first thing she did, was to showed me, that paper towel, was writes at the package. Them, she asked me to give more distance the counter, because I wasn’t wearing a mask. I am fully vaccinated and mask, is no longer mandatory. I asked her if she was discriminating me and she tried to change de words. She is a bad person to deal with costumers. We are in small community.
I hope she apologizes for what she did. It is unacceptable.
