My complaint:
I spoke at length with Shopify on 1.8.23 and the transcript was shared with me. They were to investigate and come back to me. So far nothing and its getting rather frustrating as i cannot access my store. i am left with no choice but to escalate having chased many times on the 4/8/23 and 7/8/23 without a response
