My complaint:

1. Package was lost

2. I waited until 5 seconds were left and placed my bid which was the winning bid..but it froze and did not go through.

Suggested solution:

2. Reward me the item that I bid on. This was obviously a problem with their software since the bid button turned colors but froze.
