My complaint:
So after winning some bids I was able to log into my account. I emailed them and I was told that my account was closed because of a previous account for nonpayment… I never had a shop goodwill account before.
I go check on the items I won.. and they have them back up for auction. And the buy it now is $150. So they closed my account for winning an auction and they didn’t get the value of the item.
100% unfair
Suggested solution:
Open my account back up. And let me pay receive the items I won.
Had the same issue with account getting closed even though I’ve never had an account before. They won’t respond to any of my messages so we can have a conversation and clear things up. Just sent the copy and paste message about this and any future accounts being banned. Terrible customer service.
