My complaint:
On June 21, 2023 I was shopping, in the vicinity of the freezer trying to reach for a frankfurter I slip twisted my foot and fell on the ground. Another shopper called out to the young man who was mopping at the end of the isle, the gentlemen untwisted my feet. The supervisor sent for a wheel chair to assist me.
The accident happened because the young man drew the wet mop along the isle instead of taking it in the bucket.
I did my report but no one has reached out to me. I made it known I was going overseas and could be reached by watts app, I also went back and left my email address. My knee hurts,especially if I walk too long.
Suggested solution:
I do not know what your compensation is. I am leaving the company to analyze the situation.
