My complaint:
I have had a number of items recently shipped to my shop and ship address in the UK to be sent to me in Saudi Arabia. Recently I have had three items go missing. 1 was my new drivers license sent by royal mail. 2 was a silver necklace from Etsy. 3 was an advent calendar also from Etsy but a different seller. The 3rd item I have had ation from Yodel that the item was delivered. Unfortunately I do not have proof of delivery for the other two items. I have contacted Shop and ship on their only method of contact which is online and received and automated reply for each item saying please send proof of delivery your query is closed! There is no other way to contact them. They are an unmanned facility so there is never anybody there to sign for anything that is sent recorded delivery anyway. What amazes me is that all my items shipped from Amazon have found their way to me because they have proof of delivery as standard. Shop and Ship are a disgrace!!!
