My complaint:


Hi Aiden,

I will need to raise a formal complaint for investigations as your company has bern deducting money from my account for subscription when I didnt even attend the trial let allow follow a anctual course with yourselves.

I emailed your firm last year August to advise that Im no longer interested and wants my subscription cancelled and even received a call from yourselves where I advised that my schedule is too busy to follow as course.

I have evidence of one of the emails I sent you last year for cancellation and I look forward to receiving a formal complaint opened for this issue, kindly send me your complaint procedure and ensure that you refund all the monies you’ve deduct from my account

I am ready to escalate this find nothing is done.
