My complaint:
I’ve been calling your Philippines number since the end of January and it always say that your office is still close. How come it is close if I am always calling during your office hours 9am-5pm? Care to tell me the reason why there’s no representative that answers me? I wish to cancel my subscription because I don’t have enough time to deal with other modules.
Suggested solution:
Your way of cancelling subscription is really costly and requires us a lot of time. I hope you guys will have a one click away of membership cancellation
