My complaint:
Shaw Academy charged my account several times in one day for (1) my subscription which should only be deducted after the 4-week free trial (signed up last January 16, 2021) and (2) for materialstoolkit I bought but they deducted it 4x and I can’t even access it. Tried cancellingdeleting my account but the number they provided to complete the process is incorrect. Emailed them last January 25, said they will reach out but still no callfollow-up emails received.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money they stole from my card and delete my account.
