My complaint:

I tried free 4 week trial…on first day of free trial class.. i got call from shaw academy telling about project management courses…they even not told me about the fee charges…not even send any email or text message…without consent they deduct £220 from my card…i was shocked and send them email as well but they refuse to give refund…they said their terms and comditions are clear…but what is this policy…they are not even asking or telling the amount or fee charges that are going to directly deduct from account….atleast they should send student an email about the payment plan and giving easy installment plans if student wants the course…but in free trial first day they charged me £220…i cnt even manage to pay such amount as i m not working at the moment…i had six month old baby…i told them i cnt make this payment…refund my money…they are still refusing….let me know how i can handle this…i m vry stressed and disappointed

Suggested solution:

They should give refund...they should make clear on call that we are going to deduct money...do u want to pay now or u want to pay later or every month...then i can think about it...but suddendly i cnt afford...i want refund only as i have to pay my bills...
