My complaint:

I had a call today from a sales person at Shaw Academy and it dawned on me that I had enrolled to do a FREE nutrition course during lockdown. I was however made aware today, when I said that I was not interested in what they were trying to sell, that I have inadvertently taken out a subscription (that I was not aware of) and that I have been paying them £49.99 per month for the last year!!!!!!! I have never received any correspondence from them in this time, have never seen the course and absolutely was unaware that I was paying them.

Suggested solution:

Full refund for all unauthorised subscription fees
