My complaint:
I joined Shaw Academy’s free trial, and immediately was very dissapointed. Going through the resources for this free course which, by clicking on, ended up charging me 44.99 and 49.99 for something I didn’t even click on. Without approval from my bank, asking for card details or any sort of email ation saying my money was taken. It’s a complete scam. They take your money without approving and refuse to refund, their logic being you clicked on it and said it was clear on the page when it clearly wasn’t. I wish I looked at online reviews before joining.
Suggested solution:
Refund me €94.98 that I misleadingly paid.
