My complaint:
I chanced upon an ad from Shaw Academy talking about lifetime membership. Since it was dirt cheap i opted for it but then found that for every course, i need to pay for certificates and so on. I knew this was a trap and immediately applied for cancellation of membership and processing of refund. One Mr Marcus from Shaw Academy Customer Service is beating about the bush and saying refund cant be approved. This is cheat and loot in broad daylight. I have reverted immediately after opting for membership to revoke the same and it must be processed.
Suggested solution:
i must receive full refund of fees paid on immediate cancellation of lifetime membership
