My complaint:
I bought becko oven from town square branch on 272020, after 6 months in 2112021 some thing happened and the internal glass of the oven exploded, I tried to approach your call center for 2 days and finally managed to raise a ticket, the agent maintenance team visited me in 422021, he sent report via SMS (not proffissional) informing me the unit is not covered and I should pay 450 AED, I tried to reach them to get explanation and to know how to pay, I also contacted your call center several times, they revisited me again begor 10 days for another issue, till today I am waiting, I had a call today with your call center ended with the agent is collecting the parts which is not acceptable at all. I already rejestered complain at DED.
Suggested solution:
1. Replace needed parts without any cost due to the delay within 2 days.
2. Replace the full unit if it will take more than that.
3. If nothing happened I will bring the unit back to the shop where I bought it
It's not logic to buy food from out side while I have oven due to poor organizing of agent and the seller.
