My complaint:
16 Jan 2021 : I bought my very first IPhone 12 – IME12 351696725338875 – within 3 days- it started overheating while charging.
21 Jan 2021- waited to the complaint and then reported the same to the company and waited another 10 days for replacement as advised.
18 Feb 2021: Received the replaced device iPhone 12 – IME 353241896450122
YET AGAIN. Started overheating
24 Feb 2021 : complaint filed and submitted for another replacement
TODAY: 5 March 2021 – no response from SHARAF DG DUBAI CITY CENTRE. STILL AWAITING THE NEW PHONE
Its so shameful for APPLE USERS to have such underrated experience because of intermediaries like SHARAF DG
Suggested solution:
Provide BRAND NEW IPHONE 12 ASAP OR RETURN MY MONEY
