My complaint:

I purchased an item and used Sezzle. I returned the item after having paid in full and target has refunded the money to Sezzle on Jan 6. I have reached out to several reps at Sezzle and they claim there is a tech issue. I want my refund as it is past the timeframe that they claim.

Suggested solution:

They should send the funds to me immediately
