My complaint:
Bought new 6 pack of panties, tried white pair on then wore for a little while before I took off. Dang holes all around the top waist band. Looks like thread is coming loose and unravelling the waist band on 2 pair so far. My question is what do you propose we can do to make this right.
Suggested solution:
I'm thinking either refund my money or replace with new 6pack for free. I have my purchase receipt if needed. Thank you!! I'll send it along with this complaint. I threw panties w holes away before I thought to file a complaint.
