My complaint:
I have been waiting for a replacement over the past year from sears. My refrigerator has been replaced before and now it needs to be replaced again. The technician already advised on may 3, 2022, that it can not be repaired. When I call for the status sears always says they are going to sent it to the supervisor. It’s been over two months and still can get an answer from Sears . The refrigerator is leaking water and sears has not resolved it.
Suggested solution:
Needs to replace my refrigerator. I have warranty. The warranty covers the refrigerator and needs to replace it because it is not working.
