My complaint:
1/4/25 Today the concession fare from langbank port Glasgow jumped from £1.50 to£4.35 return I would like to know how this is justified We have no bus service to our village so have no option but use the train If using the train several tiimes a week that becomes unaffordable for pensioners

I would like to know why the ten mile limit is not now available
