My complaint:
Walked up to retrieve my package from the Amazon locker and the doors were locked and closed at 6 pm central time in New Orleans. This particular store is poorly run with a history of closing early or making the store inaccessible to customers before the designated time of 8 pm or 9 pm.
Suggested solution:
reprimand the person or persons responsible for costing the customers time.
