My complaint:

I have been a customer for a few years , I was in the store recently and was double charged for lunch meat and not given credit for my coupon that I handed directly to the cashier.. I was unable to get back to the store for a couple of days ..,worse than being overcharged was the Mangers reaction to the issue I was trying to speak to her about ( her name was ( Rachel ) she stated had I come back that day she might have been able to do something about it but not two days later.. she had no apology, however she implied that it was my fault for not watching what the cashier was charging me , she stated she was having trouble keeping help and almost everyone at the registers were trainees…and then she went on a diatribe about how she couldn’t be at the job 16,hours a day to watch everyone … She is not a good representative of save a lot ! I feel sad because I liked this store, it is still questionable if I’ll ever return there … not because of the overcharging but because of the very unprofessional behavior of your Manager.. by I did have someone with that witnessed this exchange..,I was very respectful to your manager and someone needs to train her on professionalism.. just thought you should know …

Suggested solution:

Refund my overcharge and instill some professionalism in anyone you title manger
