My complaint:
I live nearby this particular store….. I use it most days…. or at least 3 or 4 times a week……. I know most of the employees – the friendly ones – and speak and joke with them when I go there…… There use to be a Manager Russell ….HE WAS A SWEETHEART and pleasant manager…. he got sick and the problems started…….. NOW, THIS NEW MANAGER…..HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS……he’s not pleasant to customers… once I asked him a question and he answered rudely so never asked anything of him again…… Now, the problem is that now in the Summer season we…. the public would like fresh seasonal fruits……. most weeks we only see.. apples… oranges….. strawberries…… NO Plums, Peaches, Nectarines…….. NO…… those don’t even exist there… once every 2 weeks it shows up…… I already made a complaint case J0MNZZZ2US personal 37647……. it was on the phone and that’s what they gave me for codes…… I would hate to stop going there but what’s the point if you have to go someplace else to get the rest?
Suggested solution:
Bring in more produce------ seasonal fruit and replace the idiot manager
