My complaint:

This is my second time being rung up by this cashier. The first time, she rang up things up aggressively. After paying I mentioned that I didn’t get a bag and she nastily replied “you didn’t ask for a bag.” I was appalled because usually they ask “would you like a bag.” I had the same cashier again today, and she rang my things up aggressively again. This time I made sure to ask for a bag so that I didn’t have I’ll feelings like the last time. Because of that, I asked to speak to the manager. Once we stepped outside to talk, he seemed annoyed. As I was speaking, he looked away as if he were not interested in my concerns so I stated to him that I see why his staff are the way they are because he is the way he is. I am disappointed in their customer service here.

Suggested solution:

They staff need customer service training. You should often be kind to your customers since we are spending money in your establishment.
