My complaint:
Every time I shop at Save A Lot, the prices are incorrect. When I select the items from the shelves, they have a specific price, but when I get to the register, the price is almost $1 more. I have asked why this is happening and I am told that the price on the shelves are wrong and have not been updated. But each time I shop at the store, I get the same excuse and no one ever changes the prices on the shelf. If I decide I don’t want the items, the cashier gets an attitude. I understand that prices are going up everywhere, but that isn’t the issue that I have with this store. The issue is that no one is putting the correct prices on the food items. It’s like you are deceiving your customers. Having them think they are purchasing food at a good sale price and when they get to the register and the cashier gives them their total, it’s $20 to $30 more than what they want to pay. It’s very frustrating.
Suggested solution:
Please be honest up front with your customers and put the correct price on the items on the shelves and make sure it matches what the cashier rings up at the register.
